Just work hard and you'll be successful right? ...Nahhh you need Luck too.

I just read this great article by Christian Jarrett on Behance's 99u.  It brings to light the answer to a question a lot of us don't think about or even want to understand. The self made "hard work has gotten me here" explanation for success is a myth. If you really want to make it this world hard work wont be enough, you also need a lot of luck. He sites a few good ways to increase your chances...but that's what it is...chance, so roll the dice.

It's a big world out there!

Finally got around to framing my Emmy nominations. It was such an honor just to be nominated, especially since one entry was created solely by me. I hope that in the future I'll be an Emmy winner too!  :)
